- How
do I submit my project to 3D? You can easily email your
document(s) or fax them to: 202-355-6672.
- What
is usual turnaround time for a project? Projects are completed
within an agreed-upon timeframe between 3D and client.
- Is
confidentiality secured for any given document/content? A Non-Disclosure
Agreement for any projects/documents/content a client wishes to protect
from exposure elsewhere (print, online) can be provided to the client
for signature by 3D and the client.
- Can
project timelines and milestones be personalized? All projects are personalized,
large or small.
- Before
starting, how can I reach a 3D writer? Schedule your free 20-min
project assessment and quote session online (see: "Contact" page)! Please include a name,
number, time to reach you, and brief description of your
project when emailing or calling, and
also when leaving an IM for "Your3DWriter" via Yahoo!,
Gchat, AIM, or MSN messengers. Individual inquries will be answered
within 24 hours.
- What
can I expect rates to be for my entire project? All
projects are personalized, large or small. Going
industry-standard rates apply for any given text. Please Inquire

methods of payment are accepted? PayPal is currently accepted,
along with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express.
